Alex Mullen

Born in Princeton and brought up in Oxford, Mullen distinguished himself both as an athlete and scholar during his high school years. His academic achievements culminated in being named a National Merit Finalist and securing an award at an international science fair, a project he undertook with his now-wife, Cathy Chen. He attended Johns Hopkins University, delving into biomedical engineering and applied mathematics, and continued his medical journey at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, graduating in 2019 with the financial support of a full scholarship. Presently, he’s advancing his medical career with a radiology residency in Alabama. Outside his professional life, Mullen enjoys an active lifestyle that includes hiking and playing basketball and ping pong. He treasures family time with his wife and their two-year-old child, and they share a passion for traveling.
